For over 20 years we have been taking groups Off-The-Grid and out of their comfort zones. When it comes to integrating community engagement, intercultural immersion and group challenge, we are leading the way.
Unlike a golf tournament or resort stay, these programs deliver significant and lasting change, both in and out of the office/on and off the field.
All programs are completely device free - no phones, watches, laptops, tablets, mp3 players... no checking email, responding to social media or answering your mobile. It is a chance to ask yourself some important questions and reassess what you’re really missing out on. It is an opportunity to recalibrate your priorities and put actions in place.
These Corporate programs are something that we get really excited about- yes it’s an experience that will change your life, but it will also increase your team’s productivity, group cohesion and employees’ engagement with and commitment to your organisation.
We use the wisdom of the local culture, the inspiring backdrop of the jungle and customised programming to bring teams together. None of the old conference rooms trust exercises, balls of wool or post-it notes. Your team may venture to a hidden swimming hole together, work collaboratively to build and return home on a bamboo raft, or create a feast with produce gathered from the land.
Our Retreats traditionally run between 3 - 7 days and depart from Nadi. We understand the need to minimise organisational time involved for you. We provide all the material you need, design a custom experience in consultation with you, facilitate a team preparation session where appropriate, advice attending participants, prepare an experienced Program Leader perfect for your program, and of course coordinate all program logistics and everything in between.
Businesses choose from three products:
1. Off The Grid challenge: This Bear Grylls style experience has a maximum capacity of six people. Living off the land with local highland Fijians, we have only the bare essentials with us. We are required to hunt and gather food whilst navigating the tropical mountains and learning about the Fijian culture. The experience is designed to take dynamic people of influence and reconnect them with the roots of human history and capabilities. Ideal for executive, leadership and corporate teams.
2. Off The Grid retreat: If your business is looking for something different to engage your team, look no further. Our Off The Grid retreat located in the middle of Vitu Levu provides the perfect setting to disconnect from technology, reconnect with yourself and your colleagues too. We have a range of community-based initiatives to engage with.
